My name’s Amelia, and I’m the owner and writer of this site. Having grown up in Orange County, California, I’ve been going to Disneyland ever since I was very young. I was fortunate to have parents who would take my friends and me, and to attend schools that were close enough for field trips. Once I got into middle school, my parents enabled me to nurse my growing Disneyland addiction by buying me annual passes.
I’ve been to Disneyland hundreds of times. I’ve been reading Disney blogs or books written by fans, or watching the latest films, ever since I was 13. In high school I found ways to write my final papers on Disney-related topics (for those of you in International Baccalaureate, I did my math paper comparing FastPass versus regular wait times. That was a fun project involving lots of time spent watching movies on my portable DVD player while I waited in hour-long lines.)
The point is, I know a lot about Disney. I know the tips, tricks, and fun little facts that can help you optimize your day at the park so you spend the least amount of time in line, and you don’t waste your time checking out attractions that really aren’t worth it.
